Stewarding Supervisor

What you will be doing: 

Reporting to the Executive Steward, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:            

• Handle soiled kitchenware and prepare for proper washing. Properly store kitchenware once cleaned.
• Maintain clean work areas and maintain safe work organization at all times.
• Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
• Other duties assigned from Executive Steward

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Must be willing to work on weekends and late shifts

 Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to): 

• Constant standing and walking throughout shift
• Lifting 50 lbs maximum and occasionally lifting and/or carrying such articles as dockets, ledgers, and small tools. 
• Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling
• Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
