Responsibilities:

 

1.  To provide technical support on all system storage related matters of the company.
2.  Responsible for the installation and configuration of all storage devices on the servers.
3.  To provide technical advice on sizing and configuration details on all storage devices including SAN & NAS setup on servers.
4.  To conduct regular review and tuning on all storage devices to ensure optimal performance.
5.   To perform troubleshooting on all technical issues on server attached storage devices.

 

 

 

Requirements:

 

1.       Degree in computer science or equivalent
2.       Minimum 3-5 years practical experience in supporting SAN/NAS.
3.       Hands on experience in setting up and tuning of SAN/NAS devices.
4.       Experience in open system architecture.
5.       Good team player
6.       Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
7.       Flexible to take up occasional off-office hours support and technical maintenance work

 

Qthers:

 

1. Certification holder of related Microsoft qualification is necessary
2. Working experience in regional/global organization is preferred.
3. Working experience in finance industry IT is preferred.
