Responsible for the direct management and handling of all warehousing and distribution functions at the organization’s warehouse facilities. This includes accountability for inbound and outbound activities, as well as adherence to logistical oversight through strong leadership and decision-making skills.

Key Accountabilities主要工作职责

Plan warehouse layout and space requirements in order to prevent loss or damage, and to achieve full warehouse optimization

Develop and/or enforce corporate policies regarding security and safety in order to maintain a safe working environment

制定和/或执行有关保全与安全的公司政策，以维持一个安全的工作环境。

Plan regular stocktaking and take actions on discrepancies based on report analysis

定期盘点并分析数据，并采取相应的措施改进不符项

Identify improvement opportunities, providing practical solutions and implementing those changes

Monitor 3rd party Logistics/Warehouse vendor and assist regular vendors’ delivery service improvement

管理第三方物流或仓储公司，并协助常用供应商改进物流服务水平

Assist with any ad-hoc duties assigned by purchasing manager

Qualifications & Experience 任职资质及经验

Good general education, preferably university graduates

良好的全面教育，本科毕业者优先

At least 5 to 8 years of working knowledge of operations, warehouse management, and transportation management.

至少5至8年的运营、仓库管理和运输管理方面的知识。

Minimum Diploma / Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain / Inventory Management

物流/供应链/库存管理学位及以上

High proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin

精通书面英语、英语口语和普通话

Skillful ERP system operating ability

熟练的ERP系统操作能力

Knowledge of MS Office: Use of Excel, Power point and Word as these are commonly used in the job
