Responsibilities:

• Report to the HR Manager
• Prepare various monthly commission and incentive reports for frontline staff based on sales data
• Generate and analyze daily, weekly and monthly sales reports from HR angle
• Act as the bridge between stores and various departments for effective communication and coordination on business activities
• Consolidate monthly promotions and incentives and share in a timely manner before each month’s roll out
• Perform frequent store visits to ensure all store HR and operations standards and guidelines are shared to and followed by frontline staff
• Assist in post-training follow up to ensure the product knowledge are well received
• Sit in and take minutes of the weekly SIC meeting on behalf of the HR department
• Support any other HR and retail operations duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in relevant disciplines
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in sizeable retail company
• Must be very flexible with can-do attitude
• Good numerical sense and problem-solving skills
• Excellent proficiency in MS excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
• Well organized, self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Proficient in other MS applications (Word, PowerPoint)
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
