JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
1. Reception of store incidences / requirement created from internal system
2. Coordinate the stakeholders in relation with the resolution of store incidences,
3. Review and submit purchase order submission to vendors
4. Answer the hotline and emergency calls from stores
5. Seek technical support from Technical team when required
6. Maintenance of corporate offices
7. Monthly invoice review and payment process
8. Assist controller in monthly accrue creation
9. Ad hoc tasks from team leader and manager
REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor degree
2. 1-2 year work experience in customer service
3. Good communication skills at different levels and service awareness
4. Detail and careful in daily work
5. Familiar with Office applications
6. Fluent in oral and written English
7. Work experience in retail business is preferred
8. Ok to trip domestically.
