MAIN PURPOSE AND BUSINESS CONTEXT:

The store manager will be responsible for store operation, store sales key driver. Set up store CRM data base and community. Build up the external relationship with landlord. The store manager should involve in store training, people development, compliance.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/ACTIVITIES

Operation Control

1. Make sure all aspects of shop operation duties are complete and in order (sales report, bank-in ,store expenses etc.)

2. Establish inventory process, well control stock level

3. Ensure and implement proper visual merchandising according to company guidelines, both in the window and in-store displays

4. Focus on construction matters, secure the environment in best condition

Sales control

1. Set up sales target for team members and lead them to achieve it

2. Analyse the local market, try all means to find the best solution to increase the sales turnover of the boutique

Team management

1. Evaluate and develop staff by training, coaching and performance review

2. Motivate and coach team members to achieve sales and non-sales objectives

3. Supervise in-store communication to ensure the whole team works in a harmonious and efficient environment

4. Efficiently manage working shift to cope with peak and low traffic hours in order to optimize the manpower

5. Build up store’s CRM data base and community

Other

1. Participating in directly boutique strategy

2. Assist marketing team in various marketing events held in the boutique

3. Develop best practice in retailing part

4. Develop Leica Community

5. Develop Sales

6. Support sales for national sales project

7. Supervise set-up new store

8. Participate in Great China projects

REQUIREMENTS:

1. At least 2 years store in charge in Luxury watch and Jewellery

2. Strong customer service skill, with able to manage difficult customers effectively

3. Strong leadership, communication, people management and team development skill

4. Excellent working knowledge of managing a retail oriented business.
