Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day-to-day operations of the store and ensure the achievement of sales targets, KPIs and operation efficiency
• Lead, supervise and train the team to deliver excellent customer services, solicit customer feedbacks and understand customer needs
  
• Train, develop and coach the associate team; provide appropriate level of performance feedback to increase confidence and capability
• Drives and leads accurate stock management and timely implementation of seasonal updates and events in line with the Brand, Space, Store Presentation and Marketing principles
• Builds customer loyalty through in-store experience, utilization of social media and email capture
• Oversee renewal of window and in-store displays in line with directives from the Brands & Corporation

Requirement:

• 5 years of experience in retail with at least 3 years in management role, preferably in fashion
  
• Excellent customer service skills
• Passionate in the retail industry
  
• Strong leadership, excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Good communication skills
