As store manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales and service targets, get store operations, staff performance, store maintenance, visual merchandise and everything else that concerns your store up to Suitsupply standards. Identifying and solving problems is something that comes natural, you know what it takes to get everything out of everyone. You are truly independent and can only be satisfied with perfection. Responsibilities

  • Responsible for coordination with all HQ departments of Suitsupply concerning the Shenzhen store
  • Manage all store operations(Finance, Buying, Maintenance, VM, Hygiene)
  • Responsible for store and staff performance(achieving sales and service targets)
  • Monitor and interfere in Customer relationship management of the sales advisors
  • Co-coordinate hiring process with HR
  • Ensure knowledge of all staff members is according to Suitsupply standards
  • Ensure follow up on Visual Merchandise to the responsible Visual merchandiser
  • Coordinate periodical tasks like inventory and seasonal switches
  • Actively train and develop talent
  • Analyze costs and turnover in reports given by the Finance department
  • Being a brand and store ambassador all the time and in everything you do


Requirements

  • 5 years + experience in (retail) management
  • Languages: English and Mandarin are obligatory
  • Analytical skills and a problem solving mind set
  • Strong affection with brand
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proven track record of success in developing and coaching talent
  • Able to pick up new systems in a short period
  • Independent
  • Proficient experience in building long term customer relationships

作为店长, 你需要负责店铺的销售指标、服务目标、店铺的日常运作、员工的工作表现、店铺的日常维护、视觉陈列以及其他与店铺相关的事物。店长能够发现和解决问题,行事独立并追求完美。


工作职责

  • 负责北京店与Suitsupply荷兰总部各个部门的协调工作
  • 负责店面所有的日常运作事物(包括财务、采购、店面维护、视觉陈列、店面清洁等)
  • 负责员工的工作表现(包括销售指标和服务目标的完成)
  • 监管和维护店员与客户之间关系的管理
  • 配合人事经理完成员工招聘工作
  • 确保每个员工熟知公司的标准和要求
  • 确保视觉陈列员跟进相关视觉陈列的事项
  • 协调库存和换季等阶段性任务
  • 积极培训和培养人才
  • 按照财务部门要求制作成本与营业额等分析报表
  • 在任何时间和场合下都能成为一名公司的品牌和店铺大使


职位要求

  • 5年以上零售行业管理经验
  • 熟练掌握英语和普通话
  • 具备分析能力和解决问题能力
