Store Manager – Luxury Fashion/Tung Chung/Yr End Bonus (HKD45K)

Our client is a leading fashion brand specialized in luxury travel bag.

The Job is About

• Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales and expense controls
• Tracking sales goals and other key retail and sales metrics regularly
• Lead sales associates to build customers relations and develop a mature CRM program
• Oversee the activity and performance of the team; organize training for the sales associates in the assigned store
• Develop the team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education

The Job requires:

• 5 years’ experience in retail store management, preferably in Luxury fashion
• Direct experience of luxury travel bag/luggage will be an absolute advantage
• Experience in handling large amount customers and building CRM program
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English
• Good at leading experienced team members and coaching junior sales
