Responsibilities 職責:
l Responsible for leading a team of store staff to manage daily store operations and to drive store KPIs including inventory and cost control, sales and profitability, manpower planning and customer service excellence.
l 負責管理店舖之日常營運、庫存、成本控制、盈利增長及人力資源調配,並帶領店舖團隊有效提升顧客服務質素,以達至公司營運指標。
Requirements 入職要求:
l Secondary education or above
l Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in retail or service industry; preferably gained in food or supermarket industry
l Strong commercial sense and customer oriented
l Good organizing, communication and leadership skills
l 中學畢業或以上程度
l 具5年零售或服務行業管理經驗 (曾從事食品或超級市場行業優先考慮)
l 具良好市場觸覺及了解顧客需要
l 具良好策劃、溝通及領導技巧
