JOB SUMMARY:

Preseason: Own one or two product categories, set up assortment plan by store type and by region which meet business target.

In-season: Monitor ST% status and conduct product sales review after season end.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: (include but not limited to the followings)

• Work with planning team to finalize the sales mix% in OTB.
• Work with product team to finalize the assortment by store type by region to meet business target.
• Work with store sales team to know the previous assortment performance and strategy in the coming future
• Implement "less is more" buying strategy to plan the SKU count & setup new size curve
• Buying forecast & product feedback (Sku level) during PLP, GTM, Sales meeting and Trade show.
• Monitor in season ST% and conduct product sales review.

REQUIREMENTS:

College degree or above.

• Good spoken and written English.
• Be pretty familiar with the store operation procedure and assortment planning
• Over 2 years of working experiences in merchandising or buying, sports or fashion brand preferred.
• Quick learner, hard-working, high sense of responsibility.
• Communication with cross-functional team
• Good command of M/S software.
