Every Guest looks for that perfect gift or souvenir to remember their time at the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort – from Mickey plush, limited edition pin to personalized Disney name tag, there’s something to put a smile on everyone’s face. With the help from our Merchandise / Store Operations Cast Members, our Guests will be able to bring Disney magic back to home!

Basic salary of this position: $63 per hour

Responsibilities :
Responsibilities include greeting Guests, operating a point-of-sale system, transaction handling, stocking and counting inventory. Must be able to use computer register, handle cash, lift stock / inventory and push / pull up carts and dollies. The position may require walking or standing in outdoor locations.

Cast Members will also need to assist Guests with their merchandise selection and share Resort information. As a Hong Kong Disneyland Resort Cast Member, you will be expected to exhibit a positive, friendly and helpful attitude to our Guests and maintain the show quality of our resort.

Schedule Availability
Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 365 days a year. Candidates should be available for any shift on a MINIMUM of 3 days per week from June 2019 to September 2019. Actual work schedule and number of work days per week depend on workload demand.
