MAIN PURPOSE AND BUSINESS CONTEXT:

The store sales advisor is responsible for daily sales target and maintain on-brand service to ensure our customers have a good experience in store.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/ACTIVITIES

1. Naturally a people person and willing to build a strong client book by gaining a strong understanding of the clients and their needs, by building a profitable, long-lasting relationship

2. Excellent commercial awareness

3. An expert in photography and knowledge of the latest camera knowledge.

4. Genuine interest and love for photography

5. Flexibility and ability to adapt to different customers

6. Willing to work in and promote a team-oriented environment

7. Excellent interpersonal skills required to ensure clear, effective communication with all management, staff and clients

8. Consistently show a positive attitude& take responsibility for won actions

9. Must be results driven and flexible to change

10. Proficient and confident using the latest technology and products

11. Have an interest and to be able to adapt and understand Luxury customer service

12. Proven experience in driving sales and meeting sales target

13. Excellent customer service level.

14. Strictly follow store operation stand and meet audit standard.

15. Required to help maintain the shop floor, assist with visual merchandising

16. Stock management and replenishment

17. Have a willing and positive approach to learn and participate in required training to help with the regular introduction of new products and service.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. At least 3 years sales in Luxury watch and Jewellery

2. Strong customer service skill, with able to manage difficult customers effectively

3. Strong leadership , communication, people management and team development skill

4. Excellent working knowledge of customer service and stock management.
