岗位职责 Position Responsibilities:

1.确保卖场整洁及货品充足，营造舒适、便利、快速的购物环境

Ensure store is clean and enough merchandise is displayed to creat a comfortable, convenient and fast shopping enviornment for customers

2.有效的处理顾客投诉

Handle customer complaint efficiently

3.跟踪送货的时间和数量，及时进行汇报

Follow delivery time and qty.of goods and make reports accordingly

4.通过周盘，控制破损量，跟踪损耗指标

Control breakage and follow loss indicator through checking inventory

5.跟踪课内高敏感单品的各项情况

Follow department high sensitive items situation

6.执行价格政策，提供有竞争力的售价

Implement price policy, provide competitive sales price

7.确保价格信息的准确，负责将不正确的价格信息反馈给CCU

Ensure the price information is correct, and feedback incorrect information to CCU

岗位要求 Position Requirements:

1.大专及以上学历，能熟练使用办公软件，良好的英文水平

Junior college or above, familiar with office software，good command of English

2.具有高度的责任心，工作主动性及团队合作精神

Full of responsibility,initiative and team work spirit

3.具有良好的管理能力和沟通能力 ，能承受一定的工作压力

Have management and communication skills. Can work under pressure

4.有零售业相关工作经验者优先

Working experience in retail industry preferred
