1. To be a responsible, kind, and patient teacher and a reliable teammate.

2. Work with co-teachers to deliver fun, meaningful, and engaging lessons to young children ages 3-8.

3. Design, plan and prepare the lessons as well as the materials based on a set learning objectives drawn from the curriculum, that match the students' interests and needs. This could include arts & crafts, science investigations, drama and a range of other deeper learning opportunities.

4. Embrace different ideas and methodologies to create suitable lessons and activities for the students at each level.

5. Write observations and reports to record students' learning growth and review the lessons to improve the teaching quality and results.

6. Join the weekly meetings and contribute as a team member by discussing the issues or lessons with your peers, exchanging ideas and sharing experiences.


*Requirements*
1. Four-year undergraduate degree (or higher) and least 1-year post-graduation work experience.

2. TESOL/TEFL certificate. Teaching license is a plus.

3. Has a passion for teaching young students and working in a team environment.

4. Has a love for picture books and storytelling.

5. Has a clear English pronunciation. Native English speakers preferred.

6. Has a strong knowledge of phonics teaching and prior teaching experiences with young learners preferred.

7. Able to teach 20 hours per week.

8. Can work from Wednesdays to Sundays.

9. Eligible to live and work in Mainland China.
