As a Digital Finance Strategy Professional, you will be responsible for: You will define the Laboratory Diagnostics Digital Finance Strategy, manage the project funnel, and drive the implementation of selected, high benefit improvement projects to improve business performance You are responsible for driving, measuring, and reporting the digital progress of the Finance function You will act as communication ambassador to foster the Digital Culture and Community in the Finance organization and coordinate Best Practice Sharing You will be responsible for Finance Data Governance topics with a focus on data integration and quality You will support cross-functional business Digitalization and Data projects beyond the Finance function This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers You have completed studies in a related field/subject and have at least five years of relevant experience in Digital Transformation or Digitalization roles You have the demonstrated ability to lead and execute change management projects in a large-scale global matrix organization You are up to date on the latest Digitalization trends and tools and continuously develop your knowledge using diverse resources You have experience with visualization (e.g. PowerBI, QlikSense, …) and automation tools (e.g. UIPath, KNIME, …), as well as knowledge in advanced analytics (AI, ML, …) You have excellent written and verbal presentation skills and have gathered experience in the preparation, execution, and moderation of business improvement workshops Ideally, you have already knowledge of the Finance function, its processes, and the Finance tool landscape (SAP) You are proactive with a go-getter mentality focusing on sustainable business performance, you have a high level of team orientation, and are willing to share your knowledge with colleagues and peers Required skills to have for the success of this role Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree with additional experience and qualifications required; additionally, minimum of 5 years experience in related roles You have excellent PC skills (MS Tool Suite incl.
