Description

� Establishes goals to meet objectives � Establishes sales standards, procedures, performance levels and documentation requirements for a given territory � Provides guidance to sales staff to achieve goals in accordance with established policies � Develop relationships with key accounts and general customers � Attend seminars, exhibitions and demonstrations by close work with marketing team within the territory in order to promote company�s business � Work is reviewed and measured based on meeting objectives and schedules. � Ensures staff skills are developed and maintained on a continual basis to ensure cost/effective operations � Manages relationships with vendors, consultants, contractors, and professional associations to keep informed with existing and evolving industry standards and technologies � Communicates sales territory status, issues to high level management, and staff � Adheres to policies and procedures

Qualifications

� Develops professional expertise by maintaining contacts in the industry � Continues to develop depth in specific disciplines by studying innovations and changes in the field � Systematically gathers relevant information, considers a broad range of issues or factors � Grasps complexities and recognizes relationships among problems or issues � Continuously learns from experiences, particularly non-routine challenges � Focuses on key tasks when faced with limited time and resources � Quickly identifies projects and initiatives requiring special attention � Has broad conceptual framework and experience to achieve objectives � Defines resources necessary for project/program completion � Understands goals, objectives and barriers to achievement for defined area of focus � Typically serves as a project or team leader for a complex business concept or application � May provide informal or formal feedback to individuals on team � Tailors messages to ensure clarity and maximum impact � Attends external seminars and visits customers and other companies to continue learning � Works in cross-functional teams to improve processes that cross department boundaries � Recognizes, respects and leverages the unique talents of all team members � Monitors and understands the impact of expenditures on business results and customer satisfaction � Applies knowledge of company's decision-making structure to achieve objectives � Integrates customer needs and functional unit objectives to achieve business unit objectives � Excellent English skills in speaking, reading and writing
