The candidate selected for this position will become an important part of the Corporate Strategic Alliances team, responsible for the development, implementation, and management of Strategic Alliances and partnerships across all Lenovo brands.  As a member of this team, you will engage with some of the world’s most influential and important technology companies. This role depends on expert insight into the global technology landscape, including but not limited to silicone/semiconductors, software, cloud, and services. It requires the ability to identify and develop opportunities of mutual interest to Lenovo and the partner ecosystem. The successful candidate will be a proven technical leader and commercial thinker with a hands-on approach. Responsibilities: • Build strong and sustainable strategic relationships at management and executive levels within named partners and Lenovo. • Own all aspects of the relationship from defining the strategic intent, development of KPIs, execution, and executive interaction, delivering differentiated value for Lenovo and partners • Act as the first point of contact for all Strategic Alliance related activities across Lenovo Business entities to ensure we deliver one voice to Alliance Partners #### Position Requirements: Requirements: • Proven success running strategic technology alliance programs • An agile, strategic, and creative thinker with a strong understanding of business and technical aspects of the strategic relationships • Deep understanding of intelligent devices, infrastructure, and the cloud technologies • Demonstrated success in collaborating and providing cross-functional leadership and build strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders • Self-starter that can operate with a high degree of autonomy with an ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a complex, high growth environment • Excellent interpersonal, relationship building, and communication skills • Extensive experience in negotiating large partnership deals with senior executives and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely at all levels (executives, junior staff, and external stakeholders) Preferred: • Utmost levels of integrity and professionalism • Able to think critically about key business and technical challenges, weigh in on risk factors and produce  practical solutions to achieve business objectives • Executive presence: comfortable making executive-level presentations, navigate complex and complicated situations, work through challenges, and able to positively influence multiple stakeholders • Win with team mentality and approach We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
