About the Role:

The purpose of this role is to deliver against global strategic change agenda.

We’re looking for multiple Strategic Business Change Consultants & Strategic Business Change Managers who will collaborate with the Business on the need & nature of change to leverage the opportunities and manage the challenges in the industry. This will involve working with global functions & external vendors to create, shape, deliver & embed sustainable change successfully i.e. 'landing' strategy within the business through unified execution capability.

- The more experienced Managers will be instrumental in helping drive the business to come to well-reasoned decisions in matters of strategic, organisational, operational and technological investment.

- If you have less experience, you will be expected to work with senior members of the team or work autonomously on smaller projects to achieve the same aims

• Mr or Mrs persuasive - Promote adherence to project/programme governance model and use defined standards and tools for processes such as risk logs, change control and resource requests.
• A team player – you know we only win if we all win, you will recognise and value the importance of a collaborative team environment.

What you will bring to the bank’s strategic change world?

• Degree in a related field to finance/business or change
• Industry recognized certifications would be beneficial i.e. PMP, CBAP, Agile, Master Black Belt – Six Sigma, TOGAF
• Understanding of curiosity of Innovation within banking & emerging technologies
• A good view of Commercial Banking and some ideas across; strategy, capabilities, enabling technologies, and governance
• Business change expertise – functionally, operationally and financially
• Experience of having been involved in the management and control of multiple complex global programmes/digital projects/business transformation which have ambitious goals and high change requirements
• Strong analytical background and proven ability in analytical driven outcomes
