Position Description: Strategic Consultant - Shanghai & Beijing

This company is an education consulting firm headquartered in Shenzhen, China, providing university admission consulting and strategy services to Chinese high school students seeking best possible admission results to U.S. universities. Education consultants will be responsible for researching and understanding the college admissions landscape and most importantly, working with our students to guide them through the application process. We also provide extracurricular planning and academic advising services to younger students who are not yet ready to apply to colleges.

Their consultants strive to understand each student and help them showcase their talents and potential. Evaluating potential majors, choosing the ideal college(s), assisting with the creation and development of admissions essays, and helping students to develop as "whole persons" are all part of our process.

【Key Responsibilities】
Strategic Consultant will be responsible for researching and understanding the college admissions landscape and most importantly, working with our students to guide them through the application process. We also provide extracurricular planning and academic advising services to younger students who are not yet ready to apply to colleges.

【Responsibilities】
1. Provide consulting service to students and their families
2. Supervise all applications and steps in the process, ensuring quality and completion
3. Assist in academic advising and planning of activities for younger students
4. Execute and manage Consulting Strategic Direction
5. Provide regular reports and updates to Consulting Manager and Center Managers Assist center manager in tasks related to consulting clients (marketing, sales, service) Participate in weekly meetings with the consulting team
6. Play key role in sales, marketing and promotional seminars

【Candidate Requirements】
1. A Bachelors degree obtained from a top Top 30 university program in the U.S Willing and able to work 40+ hours/week, including weekends when necessary Strong writing and editing skills
2. Strong public speaking and communication abilities
3. Passion for working with young people
4. Commitment to education and personal development
5. Commitment to customer service
6. Willingness to travel depending on business needs

- Shanghai ：Xuhui District, Shanghai
- Beijing： Haidian District, Beijing

【Salary Range】
CNY 22K as basic salary + commission, bonus + other company benefits = over 30K

【Working Hours】
10:00am – 6:00pm, Tue – Sat

【Application Process】
One written test and two rounds of interviews, all conducted in English.
