Responsibilities:

• Assist the management team to formulate the company's mid- and long-term development plan;
• Assist in the formulation of business plans, including annual budgets, strategic initiatives and investment plans;
• Responsible for market research and analysis of surrounding markets and related topics;
• Organize and prepare various project reports, business plans etc. ;
• Responsible for the collection, registration, arrangement and filing of data files;
• Responsible for coordinating the communication of strategic development within the company;
• Other Ad-hoc works arranged by the company or supervisor.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, applicants with Chinese education background are welcome to apply;
• 3 years or above relevant work experience, strategic research and analysis and work experience in Chinese company are preferred;
• Keen market insight and meticulous logical thinking ability;
• Comprehensive analysis, judgment and research capabilities;
• Good communication and coordination skills;
• Strong writing and presentation skills in Chinese;
• Responsible, active, innovative and able to complete work independently;
• Good writing and language skills (including Cantonese, Mandarin and English);
• Familiar with the use of Microsoft office software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint, especially good at using PowerPoint for various reports’ presentation and lecture materials;
• Applicants with less experience will consider as Senior Officer / Officer of Strategic Development Department.
