Responsible for executing transformation initiatives in relation to either a major activity such as a merger or acquisition or the ongoing improvement of effectiveness and efficiency of an AIA entity, a function, or a department- Perform and lead an integrated, high quality and strategic projects for all bank partners, ensuring it is aligned with PD strategic business priorities and delivered to shared objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong project governance/programme management across all PD channels to ensure that all major projects are aligned, integrated, and focused on key priorities.
- Plan (business requirement gathering), develop, implement the initiatives on the ground, track, update internal stakeholders (incl. Group Office when needed) and business partner, and process refinement during/post implementation.
- In leading and implementing projects in different business partners, must be able to absorb different business needs from distribution heads, enhance/modify requirements and convert the requests into a feasible solution.
- Effectively communicating the insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams and manage projects execution focused on delivering quality project delivery
