To find out more about us check: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=baa_aiJ4L7E As the Strategic Key Accounts manager for the System Integrator Partners for Buildings as a Grid EMEA, you will be responsible for the selection, identification, set up and development of strategic relationships with System Integrators for the Buildings as a Grid concept. You are part of the Eaton EMEA Strategic Accounts team and you will develop the System Integrator network in prioritized European countries as a multiplier of Eaton’s sales and marketing efforts by building a loyalty between the System Integrator and the Eaton brand. The Buildings as a Grid product offering is including Energy Storage, EV chargers and Software packages like Charging Network Manager and EMS. Your main responsibilities: Take ownership of the Buildings as a Grid partner program for Installers and System Integrators and develop it from the MVP at the launch into a mature and consistent program in line with the EMEA partner programs framework that offers the added values to meet and exceed the set objectives of the program and system integrator partners expectations Understand the technological and software products related to the partners’ System Integration activity. Share the best solution possibilities internally with the Eaton CSO country communities in order to build best practices. Work with the Partner Program manager for Buildings as a Grid on ensuring that the correct tools are made available for System Integrator partner on-boarding and partner nurturing campaigns, System Integrator communications, channel enablement & training tools, partner portal design & content, partner promotions & sales campaigns, partner locator with the support of the Central Marketing teams Develop and implement regional reporting on System Integrator activities, including the standardization of metrics on key business measures of the effectiveness of the System Integrators in EMEA (such as SI Partner Recruitment, SI Partner Activation & Sales development campaigns, Joint marketing activities & ROI…) with the support of the Commercial Performance Analysis team Provide inputs for forecasting and formulating System Integrator development budgets for the CSO’s. Owns and develop the System Integrator Partner Program Marketing budget Qualifications Your essential skills we are looking for: Key and/or Global Account selling to clients with multiple sites in various geographies (with more 10 years of sales/marketing experience) Strategic Thinking and Planning Commercial/Financial Savvy (ideally with an MBA or some finance coursework) Expert knowledge of industry/application of EVCI and/or storage, global Electrical Sector dynamics, technology, opportunities, problems, business drivers and competitors for each assigned customer Solid experience in sales or business development – international account management Fluent in written and spoken English and German What we offer to you: Flexible working solutions (home office, remote, flexible working hours, part time etc.) are implemented across different EMEA locations, check out with the site HR what type of flexible working solution is available for this role.
