Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Engaged in developing and monitoring major strategic initiatives;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our key customers for China.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interface with key internal and external customers
  • Ability to identify market trends through market analysis and to develop action plans to address market trends.
  • Liaisons with relevant internal departments/companies/authorities for projects/business
  • May lead project contract negotiations on top of market developments and business opportunities.
  • Responsible for expanding company’s business field in a large region or in multiple/one important product line(s).  Develops and implements company business
  • Support DVP/GM to develop China strategies and execution: OBL; local partnership; emerging market development; etc

Professional Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

  • Industry Experience: Medical high value implanting product or high value consumables, cardio surgery business experience will be higher priorities
  • Skills: Project management, Strategy development, sales and marketing insight, communication skill internal and external, key accounts engagement, sense to policy and ability to adopt the policy.
  • Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in multinational company with expertise on health care consultation, business operation in biomedical / engineering / medical science / human movement or related field (Coronary Care Nursing/Cardiac Technician) essential
