Purpose of the Position:

The right candidate will work across different teams internally (e.g. sales, editorial & digital etc.) and externally with clients to create plans that bring the creative & media strategy to life.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess, identify and recommend 360 initiatives that deliver greater strategy depth and impact to sales pitches
• Actively participate in brainstorming for creative ideas and insights
• Conduct research and build in-depth assessment & detailed recommendation of proposed communication solutions
• Assist / take the lead in building proposals and presentation decks
• Attend client meetings with sales team for pitches and presentations; maintain and strengthen relationships with industry partners
• Research on competitive data to provide analysis and sharing
• Keep track of the latest market trends with industry tools, other research methods and collaborations with internal teams

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in marketing, advertising, communications or related fields with minimum 4 years of strategic planning / marketing experience
• Experience working with fashion, beauty and / or luxury brands is a plus
• Good storytelling and presentation skills is required with passionate about building a career in the advertising field
• Well organized and possess strong quantitative & analytical skills
• Good team player and able to build relationships internally and externally
• Strong attention to detail is a must with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese is a must
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Work location will be at Wong Chuk Hang office.
