- Responsible for accelerating revenue growth and profitability by developing business relationships with third parties to complete business unit platform/product portfolios and accomplish business unit strategic objectives.- Drive complex business transactions from deal conception and negotiations to contract closure with companies which positively and significantly impact the business bottom line and/or competitive position.- Establish deal structures and business models comprehending intellectual property concerns, licensing scope, statements of work, go to market strategies, etc. as appropriate for the business.- Contribute to business strategy development or other strategic projects as appropriate.- Focus on partnering and influencing strategic deliverables throughout the organization.- Run certain strategic process, visits customers, and influences the organization via these processes.- Work with multiple levels of the leaders across different business units to initiate, articulate and align the strategy in the ambiguity and can drive this through together with business units' owners.Leading competitive analysis, market analysis, and participating in multiple strategic task forces

Qualifications

- Advanced university degree e.g., MBA or demonstrable equivalent. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science a plus.
- 8+ years' experience leading multi-discipline projects, deals, partnerships, or related initiatives in product development, management consulting, financial analysis, and/or market research, with successful outcomes. Experience with the first tier consulting firm will be desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to independently capture and communicate abstract ideas clearly and concisely to a senior management team.
- Strong collaboration skills including cross-functional team work, project facilitation, and senior management influence in support of complex project objectives with a broad range of team members.
Good command of a combination of business acumen, industry savvy, organization savvy, networking capabilities and expertise in certain technical areas.
