Responsibilities:
1. Build the company three-year strategic planning process from scratch, including design plan document template, create timeline, assign ownership. Provide team training and coaching of the new process and template. Enforce ownership and ensure on-time delivery of plan documents.
2. Build show and online strategy review process from scratch, including design plan document templates, create timeline, assign ownership. Provide team training and coaching of the new process and template. Enforce ownership and ensure on-time delivery of plan documents.
3. Prepare CEO board and other presentations
4. Assist planning of senior executive meetings. Follow up on action items
5. Perform other and hoc analysis and activities
6. Will have access to highly confidential information
