•  Support and manage the strategy development approach around what will support long-term superior and sustainable growth for the company, and the development in the overseas market.
•  Support the business strategy leadership by providing data, analysis and recommendations that will guide key decisions and ensure those have a sound strategic, operational, market and financial grounding.
• Monitoring strategic planning implementation and reporting;
• Perform periodic and ad-hoc strategy review and assessment
• Liaise closely with key stakeholders and business units across functional areas. Provide support in the development of overseas business units .

Job Requirements

• Master or bachelor degree, major in in Insurance, Finance and or related discipline. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Officer.
• Preferable in professional qualifications in Finance, Insurance or actuarial.
• At least 5 years’ experience in insurance industry, or professional services/consulting industries. Candidate with Excellent performance can have less experience.
• Able to handle multi-tasks independently and work under tight deadlines and pressure.
• Possess strong market sensitivity, strong consideration of overall situation and dedication, analytical skills in problem solving.
• Willing to learn and be fast learner, can work well with others.
• Proficient command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
