As a Strategic Product Development Manager, for advanced heterogeneous integrated packaging organization business within the Programmable Solutions Group (PSG), you define and translate requirements from both Governments, Defense Industrial Base (DIB), and commercial customers to Intel engineering teams for Test and Production.
You will develop roadmap requirements for the program. This role is an Individual Contributor who will partner with Sales, Marketing, vertical Business Groups, Customer Experience Group, Engineering and Operations to evaluate and propose technical solutions, and aid in the development of the long-term business model.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Close collaboration with Intel Supply/Procurement
Work on Yield improvement of package substrate and manufacturability
Work with DIB partners to reduce cost of incoming Known Good Die (KGD)
Lead production quality
Liaison with Marketing for generating product numbers

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum education requirements and minimum required qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Relevant experience can be obtained through schoolwork, classes, project work, internships, and/or military experience. Additional preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Materials Engineering, Device Physics or related field
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of working experience in the field of manufacturing tests, operations, and/or quality & Reliability in the semiconductor industry
Preferred Qualifications
Experience IC test methodologies on ATE platforms
Experience with Wafer Sort test development
Supply Chain Management experience
Multi-die integration through 2.5D/3D die-stacking
Foundry or Outsourced semiconductor assembly and test (OSAT) experience
Experience with Quality standards especially for Military applications

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$130,190.00-$221,610.00
