Strategic Product Portfolio Manager We're improving the way we live and work by intelligently connecting energy systems, buildings and industries! This is a product management role, responsible for the strategic portfolio management within Siemens Smart Infrastructure operating company, Electrical Products business unit (SI EP) under IAA PRM PPM. This role is a HQ function, located within the Segment IAA (India, ASEAN and Africa) and is focusing on the implementation of the Product Portfolio Management process, development of the product portfolio strategy and thus bring together the portfolio development plans (5 years) with the segment goals, overarching evaluation and prioritization of the proposed projects / product ideas with the product portfolio owners and on the portfolio quality of the segment. Product Portfolio Management for IAA portfolio throughout whole product lifecycle Driving and coordination of innovation management for IAA (yearly Innovation Review) collecting and evaluating product ideas evaluating market data evaluating technology evaluating customer process develop product portfolio and product strategy Constant observation of relevant markets for the IAA portfolio (Detailed competitor product analyses, technology, market development, etc.) Sustainability of IAA portfolio in line with the market demands and business strategy Driving of necessary technology development (together with R&D, Central BU Technology) Management of brand label business for IAA in cooperation with Business Regions and Procurement Your experience is required This role is based in Kalwa, where you’ll get the chance to work with teams impacting our business in many countries all over the globe – and the shape of things to come. A team player with Min 5+ years of experience in handling low voltage switchgear products. Experience in Product Portfolio Management or any other comparable, strategic role will be added advantage.
