Make a difference with us and shape the future of the company. Our Executive Office in Munich is looking for a Strategy Project Manager (f/m/d) at the earliest opportunity. IN YOUR NEW ROLE, YOU WILL: Lead strategic projects and topics, such as IoT Integration, Digitalization (internal, market) in support of the scope of the executive office of Dr Busch. Develop, review and comment on Business Unit strategies. Work on major cross-business unit topics. Assess markets (new, existing and adjacent markets) and trends and work on financial market screening and competitive assessments. Create and evaluate M&A projects (screening, investment proposals). Furthermore, you prepare the content and executive summaries for business meetings including business trips. This includes international business trips to customers, Siemens locations but also significant events such as World Economic Forum in Davos. WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO TRANSFORM THE EVERYDAY: Successfully completed a university degree in engineering, sciences or business administration, or completion of SGP program. Profound professional experience, especially several years of strategy or sales experience. Knowledge of the respective Siemens portfolio, as well as customer groups, sales channels, and market dynamics. International experience preferred, ideally from a medium-sized Siemens-(Lead) Country. Deep understanding of cross-business customers, the critical aspects of successful customer relationship management, and the relevant stakeholders at Siemens. Familiarity with key financial performance indicators. Sound analytical problem-solving and strategic thinking skills. Ability to summarize and adequately depict results for a Top Management audience. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with Philos. Fluent in spoken and written English, knowledge of German preferred. Independent and systematic way of working, ability to prioritize activities in a complex environment. Passion for working with colleagues from businesses/ regions; empathy for different cultures combined with a high-quality results orientation. High level of motivation and flexibility. Alternatively acquired skills alternatively are also just as well appreciated.
