For our global Talent Acquisition Team, we are looking for a Strategic Projects Manager (f/m/d) to help us drive projects and initiatives to implement a future-oriented Talent Ecosystem within Siemens and beyond. You are good at… Maintaining a continuous understanding of the current and future talent landscape and talent group-specific needs Being data-minded and turning internal as well as external talent market data into insights to help to shape business and hiring strategies Driving strategic Talent Acquisition projects in collaboration with the global TA team and the Siemens TA ecosystem Engaging closely with various leaders from business and the TA community (incl. hiring managers) and acting as a sparring partner on eye-level Being a proactive, creative, and ambitious thinker with outstanding interpersonal and presentations skills You create impact by… Leading (also virtually) and implementing global strategic and transformation projects on a multinational scale with a clear results-oriented approach.
