Job Description
- Conduct analysis, develop and implement sales plan and provide forecast to management
- Monitor and recommend sales plans to achieve key business objectives
- Prepare monthly and annual reports
- Formulate business strategies
- Develop innovative marketing strategies to increase sales for product launches
- Provide new business setups and implement same for new product lines and ensure growth
- Provide and implement company pricing policies and take full profit and loss accountability
- Maintain efficient relationship and marketing support for all business partners
- Determine sales potential and customer needs
- Plan and develop sales campaigns
- Administer sales pipeline and improve sales opportunities and achieve sales targets
- Provide input into developing the budget
Requirements
- Bachelor or MBA Degree holder in relevant
- Minimum 8 years work experience in Strategic Sales
- Solid sales experience
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Detail-minded, strong analytical skill and self-motivated
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Korean is an advantage
- Willing to travel
- Station in Italy
