Job Description

The Software Business and Marketing team in Intel's Software and Advanced Technology Group is seeking a passionate Strategic Software Alliance Marketing Manager for Intel oneAPI who can create and execute sales and marketing plans for Distributors, Software Resellers, OEMs, System Integrators and Solution Providers within the Americas. In this role, you will be responsible for directing the development of partner marketing strategies and programs to drive adoption of Intel oneAPI. You will be working with business decision makers and software engineers to meet business and technical needs of their customers and the developer community.

The primary responsibilities in this role will be the assessment of potential markets, identifying partners, developing partner relationships, coordination of demand generation strategies, drive revenue of commercially supported Intel oneAPI; product training;; as well as provide market and customer input to product teams to influence the next generation of Intel oneAPI Toolkits. This role is a good fit for someone who has experience working with software developers, knows software developer tools, and can combine business and technical backgrounds with good interpersonal skills; while providing leadership in the planning, designing, due diligence, and implementing of strategic business objectives.

  • Define visions, strategies, and tactics in support of strategic business objectives
  • Engage directly with external technology partners, customers, and the wider developer community design and manage global large scale marketing programs to drive adoption of Intel oneAPI and technologies
    Work within a global team of software experts presenting a wholistic picture to developers
  • Engage and close sales transactions for Intel oneAPI with partners and Intel hardware field team


Qualifications

An ideal candidate would exhibit behavioral skills that indicate:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with different levels of management, sales and marketing teams, customers, and partners

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or 7+ years of experience in-lieu of a degree.


5+ years knowledge of the developer market including:

  • Knowledge of Intel developer tools and platforms, programming industry standards, and competitor solutions
  • Experience working with resellers, OEMs, and system resellers selling and/or promoting software developer tools such as Intel oneAPI
  • Understanding of software developer tool use cases and market segments
  • Technical marketing preferably to software professionals in the developer community
  • Partner and customer training covering software developer tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relationship development
  • Skilled in all aspects of partner management including sales and marketing strategies, yearly strategy planning, training and development, new product launch activities, and overall executive partner relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with different levels of management, sales and marketing teams, customers, and partners

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$113,210.00-$187,350.00

Work Model for this Role

This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
