As a Siemens IIoT Cloud Software Portfolio Management team member, you contribute in building the MindSphere product portfolio vision, strategy and direction for IIoT software portfolio. In this intern role, you will work with key stakeholders and product sponsors including product management, R&D, and senior leadership to complete a variety of day-to-day job functions to identify, build and publish a series of video vignettes positioned as learning “building blocks” that work collectively together for users to learn and understand key IIoT industry and market trends, Cloud, MindSphere IIoT services and analytic capabilities, applications, and solutions. This internship provides experience in Cloud, IIoT services, MindSphere product capabilities, as well as communication, organization, and project management skills. As a Cloud Portfolio Management Intern, you will be responsible working across multiple global locations to identify and publish industry competitor analysis scorecards and supporting presentation materials for Sales, Product Management and Development teams. This includes but is not limited to: • Identification, preparation and comparing of competitive product features and solutions • Identify and describe industry and product gaps • Research online product demonstration and learning materials • Assist in presenting scorecards and analysis • Work across key departments including Marketing, Sales, Product Management and Development • Day-to-day time and deliverables management • All other supporting tasks assigned by the Portfolio Management Skills, Abilities and Qualifications: • Intellectual curiosity with the proven ability to learn new information quickly • Computer literacy including proficiency with MS Office applications; including SharePoint, Teams, Streams, etc. • Excellent organization, verbal & written communication skills • Ability to work well with diverse co-workers • Ability to present strong, fact-based points of view • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with changing priorities • Self-motivated, energetic and can work both autonomously and as part of the greater team • Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a changing environment Education and Experience Requirements: • Pursuing a Master’s degree in computer science, business, marketing, communications, education, product design, leadership development or a comparable discipline • A combination of engineering and business background preferred but not required • Strong communication skills including presentation or facilitation skills • Experience with PC computers required • Software development / coding experience a plus #LI-EDA Organization: Digital Industries Company: Siemens Industry, Inc.
