We are looking for an exceptional marketing intern that can assist with digital marketing across our product portfolio. Work could include many aspects of marketing program development, community management, social media strategy and execution, content marketing strategy, eCommerce marketing, SEO/PPC and analytics. The intern should have a solid understanding of digital marketing and be marketing savvy, be highly organized and detail-oriented as well as self-motivated, goal-oriented and possess good interpersonal communication skills. A foundational background in marketing, with experience in social media and community management is preferred. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across our digital and technical marketing teams, as well as with cross-functional stakeholders in areas like business development, channel enablement and product management/development. You will champion projects that will include: Developing digital content assets that span the Buyer’s Journey, including live and on-demand webinars, eBooks, white papers, trials and other content types Developing digital promotional assets that support both inbound and outbound execution, such as optimized web content, social content and promotions, email promotions and paid search ads Working with global stakeholders to gather requirements, manage project plans and conduct results analyses Providing recommendations and optimization of content for search (both paid and organic) partnering with subject matter experts Researching best practices, advising on and managing process and content improvement initiatives Management of product-specific social communities and platforms Requirements: Currently enrolled as an undergraduate studying Marketing, English, Business, Web Development, Communications, Mobile Computing, Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology or a related field of study Available to commit to one year with the team (both part-time and full-time work available) Strong understanding of popular social media platforms Flexible, adaptive, and proactive Organization: Digital Industries Company: Siemens Industry Software Inc.
