As a software Engineer on the T&I team, you'll be exposed to topics like UI framework, security services, APIs, frameworks, etc. Within our two roles listed below, most of the effort will be creating an innovation glidepath for two topics: APIs and Security. This requires you to develop innovative approaches to specific problem solving, setting up experiments, developing and testing code. It also involves documenting the approach and outcome of the experiments. Software Engineer - Role 1 You will work on business-critical and innovative projects, prototypes for new releases, algorithm design and implementation, etc. You will work in an agile development environment and have the opportunity to partner with senior engineers. Develop projects with efficient algorithms and state-of-the-art technology. Would require API development/deployment experience with Dockers/Kubernetes Candidate requirements: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, or a first year Master’s student, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering Coding skills in C++ or JAVA or JavaScript or Python Good understanding of cloud services from AWS/Azure/GCP Previous web application development experience preferred Understanding of Kubernetes and other container technologies including CICD Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Software Engineer - Role 2 You will work on business-critical and innovative projects, prototypes for new releases, algorithm design and implementation, etc. You will work in an agile development environment and have the opportunity to partner with senior engineers. Contribute as a team member to write scripts and part of poc for web and desktop applications Candidate requirements: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer engineering or Computer Science Coding skills in some language, preferred Python Course work and experience on Data Analytics, porting data from one format to another and do some NLP on it Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The hourly range for this position is $22.00 - $50.00.
