Provides support in the effective customer strategies management through development of data-driven assessment, studies, projections, and insights, to help in decision making, address key challenges and identify new opportunities, to ensure expected/agreed results are realized

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Plans, monitors, and analyzes customer strategies, budget, Key Result Areas, projects/programs versus actual performance to further understand situation and/or help uncover potential issues/problems
  • Develops monitoring reports and dashboards to keep track of the challenges and issues that impact the ability of the team to meet its plans and objectives, and help the team make informed decisions
  • Identifies and monitors key metrics regularly to provide relevant insights to help in decision making, address key challenges and identify new opportunities, to ensure expected/agreed results are realized
  • Create insightful presentations to facilitate decision-making for stakeholders
  • Provides support in the budget planning processes and effectively manages Operations’ GOE budget and resources based on existing mandates, need and urgency
  • Ensures all reporting requirements are completed and submitted on time
  • Handles specials studies and projects that may be assigned by the Customer Strategy Senior Manager

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Education - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree preferably in the field of Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or any related courses
  • With at least three (3-5) years of experience in the insurance / financial industry with relevant experience in the area of MIS reporting, data analytics
  • Knowledge and skills in analytics/data modelling software i.e. PowerBI, Tableau is a plus
  • Visualization tools proficiency and/or analytics experience preferred
  • Must be proficient in MS Office applications
  • Must be organized and keen to details
  • With good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
