Responsible for sourcing, evaluating, executing and integrating the Company's merger and acquisitions, private equity investment, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions.

Will be involved in identifying prospective target opportunities, performing strategic and quantitative analysis, conducting due diligence.

Determining appropriate valuation and deal structure, developing strategy for and conducting negotiations, driving activities to closure, and coordinating/leading all aspects of the post-closing integration with Company's business units.

10+ years related work experiences in healthcare and life science industries

More than 8 years of M&A/Corporate Development experience running all aspects of Acquisition and investment transactions, or 5+ years in Investment Banking, Private Equity

Experience in a deal environment as well as an operational one where people leadership was required

Strong analytical skills, fluency in performing rigorous financial, valuation and broad quantitative analyses and familiarity with accounting & key operational metrics
