What You'll Do
The Strategic Transformation Data Analyst must manager a group of complex
/cross-functional projects as a single ecosystem with co-dependencies and
synergies. This person will need to develop customized dashboards in Tableau
and/or Power BI, which provides visualization views for STO Project Managers
for effective/efficient access to project details. The Data Analyst will also
establish Project Governance structure and a matrix for accepting project
requests in our funnel.
#### Position Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree & Working Towards Masters Degree or Equivalent Business
experience (Computer Engineering, Computer Programming or similar)
• 3+ years of experience in managing complex
Supply Chain projects in IT, Data, Supply/Demand
Planning, Manufacturing, OE & CF.
• Self-motivated, Quick Learner
Preferred Qualifications:
• Python, Java, Tableau, Power BI
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work with deadlines
• Organized and methodical, with logical approach in addressing issues
