Long Description

* Supports in the implementation of superior business strategies, guidelines and principles. * Conducts strategic analysis in a broad range of topics (i.e. Market and competitors' analyses, M&A targets and Due diligence, benchmarking, analysis of strategic action fields). * Continuously coordinates the development and performs the controlling of subordinated business strategies, and the related business plans, budgets, and generates the respective reports. * Supports strategic planning and evaluates strategic options of relevant unit. * Makes recommendations for further strategic development. * May act as trusted partner and advisor for strategic development.

Job Responsibility
Mission:
To support APAC Service management with the execution of their service strategic projects and
decisions. To support the Service organization to reach their business and profit targets. To generate
new business opportunities and drive their implementation.
Main Responsibility:
  • Support the Head of the Region in development of strategy plans and actions to support
organisational aims and objectives Specifically map the value chain and determine targets for
growth that meet profit objectives including OOEM; outsource; acquisitions etc.
  • Local development of plans for OOEM, lead market planning and development of service
portfolio etc.
  • Undertake market analysis and development of plans to build “acquisition” strategy for
“outsource” offer to utilities to take their in-house resources in to SGRE
  • Responsible for increasing transparency on market and competitors as basis for strategic
discussion and decision making
  • Generate new business opportunities with focus on emerging markets based on a solid
understanding of customers / investors and their business
  • Formulate business strategies, prioritize actions and execute them in the form strategic
projects
  • Define and drive strategic projects requiring intense cross-functional collaboration with e.g.
Sales, Engineering and Product Development
Qualification Required
  • Master’s degree in engineering, business administration or economics, MBA is a plus
  • 5+ years’ experience in the wind industry in Sales, Business Development or management
consulting.
  • As a person you show a high level of initiative and result orientation, always offering a solution
proposal; are innovative and open to new ways of thinking
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, as well as analytical skills to transform
complex topics into a firm decision base
  • Structure and present complex business topics in a logical and condensed way to management
  • A team player and collaborate with all levels of staff across functions and regions
  • Fluent in English, both orally and in writing.
