JOB OBJECTIVES/岗位设立目的:

Strategy buyer is to provide process, system and documentation support within purchasing department and responsible for all SOP phase purchasing ECN management

JOB SCOPE/岗位责任范围:

Manage purchasing contracts

Maintain system data (purchasing function).

Generate system report for buyers.

ECN responsibility.

Other Dep. admin.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责:

Manage purchasing contract, including but not limited to general supplier contract, NDA, quality agreement, logistics agreement, tooling agreement, LOI, supplier financial rating, ensure all contracts are well maintained.

Manage nonproduction PR/PO report, and calculate savings/avoidance.

Maintain item master data (purchasing portion) and scheduling agreement in SAP and ensure 100% data accuracy.

Manage SAP weekly PR report to buyer for production materials, ensure buyers take proper action.

Monthly VAVE saving tracking report data collection and update

Quarterly supplier performance data collection and update

Be a single point of contact in Purchasing department for all engineering changes within series production, and present ECN cross functional meetings.

MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE)/基本岗位任职条件:

Minimum 3 years purchasing/supply chain working experience in manufacturing company.

University degree in business or engineering

Be able to use Microsoft office tool, experience using SAP is required
