Your new role – challenging and future-oriented Join the central, global strategy department for our Rail Infrastructure business unit. Market Intelligence: You will monitor trends and developments in our market worldwide. You will drive market transparency for RI by providing data analytics and insights through regular CMM processes. Competitor Intelligence: You will also monitor our competitive environment with a focus on key financials and international organizational structure. In particular, you will advise on sales and pricing strategies by providing win / loss analyses. You will enable data-driven executive decision making by driving the CRM tool adoption across the organization. You will drive special projects in cooperation with different units (e.g. segments or regions). Your qualifications – solid and appropriate You hold a Bachelor's degree in a business, engineering or information science field. Moreover, you have several years of professional experience in strategy, business development, sales, product management or project management. You are characterized by an excellent understanding of business contexts as well as strong analytical skills. For your job in a highly international environment, you will have very good English skills, intercultural competence, and a willingness to travel (approx. 10%).
