Strategy Game Operation Lead
Working Relationships:
- Within Operation Dept: COO, Game Operation Director, Game Operation Lead of other languages and games
- Inter Depts: Marketing, Emerging Markets Team
- External Partners : Third Parties Developers
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To lead one FunPlus outside developed game on both Customer part and Community part by co-working with game studios, plan and implement the assignment from COO and Game Operation Director as below,
Customer support part:
- To help and solve users reported questions from CS channels and report to game studio
- Manage and collect users’ feedbacks from CS channel
- Report for major questions and key CS metrics tracking
Community part:
- Manage most day to day outbound communications and key metric tracking
- Create and maintain communications calendar including cross promotion among games
- Fanblasts – write, post and manage international page management –scheduling communications with remote staff
- Create and administer surveys & share results to studio
- Contests - end to end creation and management
- Events: work and support all studio live events
- Translation: for each patch of new version to make the wording right and polished
- Market research: be the market expert of your region, and bring exactly information for mobile and web marketing channels
Localization part:
- Make localization planning and implement with Operations team and co-work with Emerging Markets team and outside developers for DE,EN,FR,ZH,KR and RU versions and more languages in the future.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, psychology or a related field
- 2 years and above experience in Customer Service, Community management from gaming focus on mobile Strategy Games, preferable with Social Gaming experience
- Fluently in English and good in Chinese is a plus
- Computer skill with office and Photoshop
