Today, we are recruiting for the Strategy Head - Middle East Africa position to Join our Project Team in Egypt. This is an excellent career opportunity for professionals from Rail /Transportation Business looking to join a truly international team. What are my responsibilities? Owner of the entire strategy development for the regional Siemens Mobility Organization which includes Management of vision and mission, alignment with Siemens Mobility’s global strategy, strategy planning process, preparation of strategic dialogues with Managing and Supervisory Board, development, controlling and support of implementation of strategic measures to safeguard achievement of ambitious growth and strategic targets. Drive control and support of implementation of strategic measures to safeguard achievement of ambitious growth targets Communication and presentation of strategy (e.g. presentations for the CEO, preparation of content for communication of strategy) Lead strategy projects (strategic projects to develop required insights or strategic plans for the businesses; support of high priority internal projects) Analyze markets and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities and to elaborate business cases including necessary portfolio, localization strategies, investments and resources. M&A strategy and projects (Invest, Divest, Partnership, JV, due diligence) incl. Financial Modeling. Responsible for the Capital market messaging/ communication of the Operating. What do I need to qualify for this job? Bachelor, Master or PhD in Business Engineering, Electrical Engineering, IT or Mechanical Engineering from reputable University or College 10+ years of experience in business, marketing and strategy in an industrial b2b environment Strong ability to lead, coach and develop large teams Strong presentation skills; ability to manage C-level stakeholders Strong intercultural sensitivity and ability to work with teams and stakeholders around the globe Be ambitious, proactive, and courageous: Thinks about the big picture, does not hesitate to test new things, anticipates what digitalization means for customer and proactively develops a solution Siemens matters: Always thinks for Siemens as a whole and wants to optimize the outcome and solutions with the customer in mind.
