This role is critical to drive innovation, infuse speed and a new culture within the organization and open culture and ways of working and solving problems to new sectors.

The Strategy and Innovation Lead will be in charge of driving new growth opportunities that endorse business strategy, providing vision and creativity to new way of solving problems, connecting dots and provide a cross functional vision to the organization.

Responsibilities / Functions

• Ensure to interpret business strategy and determine innovative solutions supporting strategy implementation

• Design and model solutions for customer innovation and experience along with similar initiatives variants

• Perform with innovation development groups to conduct insights as well as design outputs to their work

• Perform as strategic partner to head innovation of influence change and new processes

• Leverage research insights, trends and best practices to recommend and influence the customer experience

• Connect design decisions to desired business goals and outcomes though the test & learn approach. Be inspired from “learning by doing” and inspire all the team with this vision

• Participate in user research activities and usability studies to be able to design solutions based on customer data

• Lead and facilitate brainstorming sessions and workshops with multi-disciplinary teams

• Lead and decide (based in data) the best test or methodology for each project in the Company

• Drive UX vision in alignment with all our customer journey

Essential requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field to work as an innovation strategist, with some employers preferring a master's degree. (ENGINERING PREFERED)

• More than 8 years of relevant work experience in managing cross-functional teams and innovation initiatives

• A demonstrated knowledge of the innovation ecosystem in Spain in all the CCAA

• Understanding of User Experience mapping and product development processes to align real needs with creation of new tools, journeys and interfaces

• Proven analytical and methodological capabilities to assure an structure and measurable fast process

• Excellent levels of spoken and written English and experience preparing reports (level C2)

• Well-organised, with strong process management skills and an ability to establish and work to priorities

• Excellent collaboration capacity with internal and external ecosystems

• Relevant technical skills and knowledge may include Agile, UI/UX practices, API integrations, and databases.
