岗位职责 Responsibilities：
- Responsible for business planning, market research

- Support function head to conduct the ICP (Integrated Commercial Plan) and identify the new initiatives to deliver the continuous growth
- Drive alignment and collaboration across function teams
- Dedication to support team and partners in brand building with business growth
- Business insights generation from analytics of business and data
- Comprehend how the company’s business works and keep up-to-date on industry trends and leading practices

任职要求 Qualifications ：
- Bachelor degree or above
- 5+ years of working experiences in top tie and consulting firm
-Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin
-Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing
-Strong logical, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
-Proficient in MS Office
