Our client is a Startup medical device company.

• Run strategic planning process

• Lead in organizing annual strategy plan workshop for business units in order to update annual business plan and annual operating plan

• Assist Group senior management team in quarterly business review process

• Conduct market and competition analysis on regular basis as the inputs for business plan

• Liaise with marketing department to actively monitor key market, competition, and regulatory trends which have profound impact on the industry

• Participate in project management

• As project manager or PMO member, conduct project planning and execution for major cross-functional projects in post merger integration, market entry, growth strategy, efficiency improvement, channel management, & etc.

• Participate in the important senior management meeting and provide support if needed

• Participate in important negotiation with external stakeholders and provide support to head of Strategy & PMO

• Assist in key investor relationship activities

• Organize board meeting on quarterly basis, prepare meeting agenda and documents.

• Assist in the Group Advisory Board meeting by providing support in logistics

• Bachelor and above degrees from leading domestic/overseas universities; economics or business related major preferred

• 3-5 years working experience in multinationals or professional service firms (consulting, banking, accounting, & etc.). Medical device or pharmaceutical industry related experience preferred

• Strong analytical skills, quick learner.

• Good presentation skills and ability to work with senior management

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and mandarin

• Capable of handling multi tasks and good attitude towards work.

• Strong motivation and ability to work under pressure and ambiguity

• Integrity with a high level of confidentiality

• Proficient in using MS Office
