Your new role – challenging and future-oriented Conceptualize and implement business strategy for the BU with four Business segments in India, Bangladesh & SriLanka analyzing market trends, competitor activities, economic, regulatory & customer developments periodically in order to recommend suitable course of action to business . He or she should run focus topics in the business unit. New portfolio initiatives and support to sales topics etc. Co ordination and alignment of key strategic initiatives with country and regional management Driving integrated communication and marketing plans for the business Active engagements in energy & digitalization space by participation in industry/ regulatory forums like CII , IEF, TERI, CEA, NTPC , ETC , EEC etc for propagating technology thought leadership. Driving & ensuring project management of special initiatives focusing on people, innovation, digitalization etc Analyze portfolio gaps and drive partnering initiatives Driving and tracking major opportunities and projects.
