Job description:

General Analysis: Partners with Functional Leaders to Create, Evolve and Elevate strategic plan(s) to ensure the continuedsuccessful growth and profitability of Dean Shoes business with Nike.

Strategic Business Planning Process: Drive a planning process in which all gates and dates are clearly understood and that result in all Corporate planning deliverables being met. Monitor factors that would indicate the need for redirection ofstrategy.

Measurement: Lead the process of developing strategic initiatives and objectives for the current year and the 3-year Strategic Plan at the Regional Level, and work with business units/functions to ensure objectives are aligned and integrated; Identify relevant measures and drive accountability for on-going performance against business and strategic objectives by preparing for and help leading Quarterly Business Review process.

Others:

The nature of the work is focused on short-term or long-term business direction, goals, processes, and investments.

Responsible for the analysis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of short- and long-term business strategies and market initiatives.Excellent statistical skills, familiar with budget setting, sensitive to market intelligence.

Familiar with the manufacturing industry is a plus.
